Take a look at the video in this BBC article 'Augmented reality apps seek to alter physical world'.
Augmented Reality has been around for years but still is not yet mainstream.
Don't we all wish that in February of 2004, we could have met Mark Zuckerberg and given a bit of cash to help him out with his little project called FACEBOOK!
What's the next BIG thing? What's going to be big in 2012 or 2013?

The next big thing.. an upgrade of the Iphone and other companies wanting to create a better one or make the existing one better. Also better laptops and tablets ect.
Other companies catching up with technology like bbm and whatsapp

a multiform-use expansion of Apple’s app ‘Siri’ to assist you in everyday activities, being integrated into other apps. This would enable you to do everyday things with the simple action of voice control, no controls required.
